Over the years, Gayle and her family have travelled widely, and she has been able to draw inspiration from all over the world and combine these elements in her cooking. From Australia and New Zealand, to Asia and the Middle East, and from numerous European city breaks, Gayle has been inspired to use a fusion of flavours to transform traditional dishes.

Along the way she has collected an abundance of photos of colourful market stalls, fresh produce, bakeries, and bowls of exotic herbs and spices, influencing her everyday.
